you dont eat 2 hours before and after your running and exercises eat more for your breakfast and have lesser for your lunch and dinner. if you dont feel like eating lunch, you can have some fruits. an apple a day keeps a doctor away yea?
drink lesser carbonated drinks. esp COKE! drink more plain water instead.

this is the way for dieting. but like those girls who dont eat their meals for days. these only makes your days suffering. this caused you to be suffering from anorexia nervosa. understand?(:
